We have launched a series of organic cheeses which are lovingly made using traditional recipes and which respect to the ecosystem of the island and the sustainable use of natural resources in milk production.
LESVIGAL organic products are made from the milk of organically reared sheep and goats, indigenous to the island of Lesbos, either raised with great care on farms on the island and fed on high-quality animal feed, or allowed to graze freely in the island’s pastures.
